Priyanka Chopra's parents are both doctors. Her father is Capt. Dr. Ashok Chopra and her mother is Dr Madhu Chopra. Her brother is Siddharth. Priyanka was educated at the Army School in Bareilly and later studied at the Jai Hind College, Mumbai. She has also studied schooled in the US. Priyanka was crowned Miss India World and later Miss World in 2000.Her first film as a heroine was a Tamil flick, Thamizhan opposite actor Vijay. She debuted in Bollywood in the film, The Hero (2003) opposite Sunny Deol. Her second film, Andaaz opposite Akshay Kumar earned her the Filmfare Award.
